Who are you?

So many of us struggle to answer such a straightforward question. Beyond all other things, the highest calling is the truthful expression of one’s identity and the celebration of all existence. However, it’s difficult to separate who we are from who we’ve been taught to be. This work can help you to disentangle yourself from messages that have led you to live as if you are no more than the roles you serve.

What Do you believe in?

In addition to identity formation, it’s important to flesh out what truly matters to you and what you believe in. The workbook could be completed on your own, but could also be a unifying force in group therapy sessions with individuals who would normally be divided against each other. It is LGBTQ+ friendly, gender-affirming, multi-culturally sensitive, and aligned with biblical principles for Christian members.

Face Your Self(s) is a method for exploration when you’re considering new directions, but are held back by fear and trauma. It will help you to choose love in an increasingly divisive world.
